How do I change the contact information on my domain name at Moniker?
Login to your Moniker account. Click here for help on logging into your account.
When you are logged in, you will now be in the “My Account” area.
On the menu on the left, under the "Manage Domains" heading, click on "View Domains" or enter the domain name into the "Domain Search Box" provided in the center of this page.
Click the box next to the domain name(s) that you want to modify (If you want to modify all the domain names, click on the button that says Select "All").
Then click on the “Contact link” (this link is located above the list of your domain names).
On the next page, click on the link: “Click Here For The Batch Tool”.
The following page shows the contact information that is currently registered with your domain name.
If you wish to change any of this domain name information, then click on the corresponding contact option. (For Example: if you wish to modify the Registrant information, then click on the button next to “Create a New Registrant Contact”). You will then be able to modify all the fields for this contact area.
If you wish to use the same “new contact” information on all the contact fields for your domain name(s), once you have modified the Registrant Contact then in each additional contact area, choose the “Use Registrant Contact” option.
Once you have made your modifications to your domain name information, click “Save”.
On the next page you should receive a message telling you: “Domain Contact Order (#) Created Successfully”. Please click here for the Status of your Order.
In order to confirm the domain name(s) have been updated, take note of your Update Order Number. Then, click on where it says “Click Here” (right underneath System Message).
You should now be brought to The Moniker Account Status Center
On the left. Click on the Tracking Reference Number that is associated with your transaction. On the following page, you should see that the domain name(s) have been modified successfully.
An e-mail containing your domain name modifications is then sent to the e-mail address on file for the Moniker Account.
