Please note that the eligibility verification process for .organic domain names will be discontinued effective January 31, 2017 (16:00 UTC).
Thus, the requirement that registrants demonstrate eligibility prior to activating their .organic domain name(s) in the DNS will end. It is no longer necessary to submit evidence through the .organic verification portal at verify.organic. Trademark claims will re-open for a period of 90 days from January 31, 2017 until May 1, 2017.
.ORGANIC will still have acceptable use and registration policies that address content, but these policies will be limited to content related to the agriculture, cosmetic and/or the food industries.
