Sunrise
During the Sunrise period trademark owners can secure domain names corresponding to their registered trademarks/brands before they are offered to the general public. To participate in a Sunrise for a new TLD a SMD file is required, which means your trademark must have been validated by the Trademark Clearinghouse.
-
Landrush
The Landrush phase follows the Sunrise and allows registrations on a first-come, first-served basis or multiple applications for the same domain name settled by auction. If you have a high interest in a domain name, e.g. a company name without corresponding trademark or a valuable generic term, this is the right phase to register your domain.
-
Early Access Program (EAP)
The EAP is often used as an alternative to Landrush. You can register names on a first-come, first-served, non-restricted basis with a special Access Fee added to the registration fee.

General Availability
During this phase every registrant can register domain names on a first-come, first-served basis.
