Moniker, the domain name registrar founded in 1999 announced that it has upgraded its platform and website. This change is intended to tailor Moniker’s technology and services to domain investors and large portfolio holders.
The recent upgrade involves a change in Moniker’s brand identity, website and the platform customers use to register and manage their domain names. The new platform includes a range of new additions that were not available on its previous legacy platform:
- Daily Drop: Expiring .com and.net domains
- The Treasury: A digital vault for high value, premium domains
- Cross Registrar Portfolio Tracker: To track domains in your portfolio, not registered at Moniker
- AI powered Domain Search, in addition to a standard search
- Bulk management tools
While the technology has been updated, Moniker continues to be operated by the same teams as before and will continue to offer the industry leading customer service.

Founded 25 years ago, Moniker underwent a platform change almost a decade ago where its domain investor customers encountered some challenges. After a hiatus, Moniker has made a comeback and is working to become a preferred registrar for Domain Investors – from those starting out to experts in the domain industry.
