Note for our new customers migrated from HEXONET
Scenario 1: If you had an account on HEXONET and used the same email
on Moniker, your accounts were not merged. A new Moniker account was created for you using the
format: [email protected], where AccountName is your old HEXONET username.
Scenario 2: If your HEXONET email was not used for an account at
Moniker, then that same HEXONET email is your Moniker login.
Once you identify your login email based on the scenarios above, please use the Forgot my password link to set a new password and access your account.
