How the Moniker escrow process works:

Step 1: Either party (buyer or seller) starts a new escrow transaction.

Step 2: Party #2 approves escrow terms entered by Party #1.

Step 3: Moniker sends transfer request - both parties sign and return contracts.

Step 4: Buyer sends payment to Moniker escrow account - seller provides authorization code to Moniker.

Step 5: Seller approves Form of Authorization to confirm transfer.

Step 6: Moniker verifies that all payments from buyer are received in escrow, and all domains from seller are received in escrow.

Step 7: Moniker simultaneously transfers all assets to complete transaction - funds are released to seller's Moniker account, seller selects payment method and Domain ownership is transferred to buyer's Moniker account.
